We are committed to getting your new favorite women’s apparel to you as quickly and safely as possible. 1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that during high-volume periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. While we strive to meet the delivery estimates below, please be aware that shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.
Please note: International customers may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours. Cawood Wardrobe Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For orders shipped internationally, we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information regarding import fees.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees required to resend the order. We cannot guarantee delivery to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for all shipping methods.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Cawood Wardrobe Ltd is not liable for any packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
